Bing Roncesvalles assigned as the first IVCF staffworker in Northern Luzon in Baguio in 1987.
Meanne Martinez (now Dela Cruz) and Oscar Monta were the GT members of Baguio at that time later joined by Vylma Ovalles while Nelson Dacanay, Ariel and Rachel Osit, Toyditz Cosico were the first GT members in Pangasinan.
Dado Dela Cruz and Bernie Jardio soon followed to join them.
