INVITATION TO BE AN IVCF CORPORATION MEMBER

Grace and peace to you!

As one of IVCF’s valued stakeholders, you have invested in our students and graduates. This tells me that you believe in the mission of IVCF to disciple students and graduates for Christ in all areas of life to serve the campuses, churches, and communities. You share our aim to establish witnessing communities of Jesus’ disciples in schools, universities, and workplaces.

On behalf of the IVCF Board of Trustees (BOT), I invite you to become a member of the IVCF Philippines Corporation for the Fiscal Year 2024-2025.

As an IVCF Corporation member, you will have the privilege and responsibility to attend the Annual Corporation Meeting on August 24, 2024 Saturday, from 9:00 to 11:00 am. The meeting will be held at Faith Baptist Church, #4 Bulletin St. cor. West Avenue, Quezon City, and via Zoom.

The agenda for the Annual Corporation Meeting is as follows:

  1. Call to Order
  2. Declaration of Quorum
  3. Approval of the Minutes of the 2023 Annual Corporation Meeting held on August 26, 2023
  4. Regular Business
    1. Board Chair’s Report
    2. Approval of the 2023-24 Annual Ministry Report
    3. Approval of the 2023-24 Audited Consolidated Financial Statements
    4. Approval of the 2024-25 Plan & Budget
    5. Ratification of the Acts of the Board
    6. Announcement of Newly Elected Board Members
  5. Special Business
    1. Ratification of the Amendments to the IVCF By-Laws
  6. Adjournment

On Voting:

For a more orderly meeting that ensures that all registered corporation members, whether attending in person or via Zoom, can send their votes and their views, all voting will take place online and completed prior to the Corporation Meeting. Unlike previous practices, there will be no voting during the Corporation Meeting.

Corporation members are being asked to vote on the following:

  1. To elect (4) members to the Board of Trustees
  2. To ratify amendments to the IVCF by-laws

You will receive specific instructions regarding voting on the two items and your unique ballot in a follow-up email. You may vote anytime up to August 23, Friday, 12:00 noon. This deadline will enable the Election Committee to consolidate the results and prepare for presentation to the Corporation on the 24th.  The voting platform will be closed after the deadline.
