Hopes and vision for IVCF:

To continue fulfill its calling in creative and sacrificial ways of making, nurturing, and sending disciples amidst today’s challenges and beyond as the Lord wills.

What you want to contribute to IVCF Philippines, if elected:

To learn from the staff team the present challenges of life and ministry in the new normal and to bridge it to the Board for a more effective and efficient working relationship.

Works at Ikthus-Bacolod under various capacities
– executive assistant to the Senior Pastor; chairman of the Management Committee (oversees church operations); ex-officio member of the Ikthus Board of Trustees; training and development specialist, organizational development specialist, counselor, coffee-maker.

Hopes and vision for IVCF

IVCF will not only survive but flourish in the new normal, continuing it its mission of reaching out to students and graduates, discipling them and challenging them to be His witnesses wherever He has placed them.

IVCF will be able to effectively tap its graduates, churches, and like-minded organizations to have a robust and sustainable organization, adequate in manpower and other resources to conduct and grow its ministry.

What do you want to contribute to IVCF Philippines, if elected:

  • Improve Board governance.
  • Assist in the sustainability thrust of the organization.

Present Occupation

  • Alay Balay Development Corp – (BOD member). It is a construction company that aims to provide affordable housing to community builders (pastors, health workers, public school teachers, NGO workers, etc.). It also partners with corporate foundations to build community facilities (dormitories for students, school buildings, hospitals, church and community centers) in remote areas.
  • Consultant: PARC Foundation – provides a platform to underprivileged but musically/artistically gifted young people to develop their talents.

Hopes and vision for IVCF:

I envision IVCF as a vibrant movement equipping servant leaders not only in the campuses but also in the Body of Christ and aggresively touching the lives of people in the community through humanitarian services.

What you want to contribute to IVCF Philippines, if elected:

Help in creating measures to stabilize the salaries and wages of the national director, fulltime staff, associate staff, and regional directors. Help IVCF Philippines become more aggressive in equipping more servant leaders to be used by God in their own sphere or area of influence.
