Reign of God

Journey with my Supreme God

My Firsts

I attended MY 1ST LCDC in 2005 (Called to Obey) as admin director when I was in 3rd year college. Since then, I never missed a single college LCDC. I remember that camp at Gethsemane Prayer Mountain, I was very ignorant of the terms I 1st heard from students I 1st met. They were saying SRMode, I love BSW, QT Together, KCMate and almost every acronym you can name. Of course I learned all the meaning.

MY 1ST LCDC as a graduate/staff worker was just last year (When the Rabbi Says Love). They were new assignments, fresh perspectives and many experiences I never had before. I was so blessed seeing those new students who had their firsts like I was before.

GTCF-UST – Kuya Rein, May Ann, Kuya Echo, Jared, Kuya Ren, Abi, Jeca

Last December 17, 2009, I had MY 1ST Bible study leading with the staff workers. We studied Nehemiah 7:73 to 8:18. I enjoyed studying the Book. I was blessed on the way the people of Jerusalem give reverence to the Law of the Lord. It also reminded me that God is always with me, He rescued me from my sinful self and He called me to be in this ministry. I’m excited for my next BS leading but I know that all the staff workers are excited to lead a BS so I’ll just wait for my next schedule.

It took six years before we held another IVCF National Conference. The last NC was in the year 2003 which I did not able to attend because I just entered college during that time. Those are the days that I don’t know IVCF yet but already joined the IVCF chapter in TIP, Campus Christian Fellowship. Certainly I also don’t know what NC is until last December 27-30, 2009, I witnessed MY 1ST. I enjoyed being part of the praise and worship team. I thank God for giving me the gift of music.

This is MY 1ST year in IVCF as a staff worker. I pray that God will continue to equip me to be an obedient son, cool kuya to the students in the campus and an excellent staff worker, leading every people to Jesus, MY 1ST love.

Praise and Prayer

  • Praise God for supplying the needs of our LCDC2k9 delegates from UST and PUP last October. Pra

    Kuya Rein, Ezra (PUP

ise God for the never ending financial support of alumni and friends. We had three delegates from both campus chapters. Please pray that these two chapters will eagerly prepare for KC2k10.

  • Praise God for having new chapter president both in UST and PUP. At the end of the first semester, Jared Dimangondayao (UST) was elected as president of Growling Tigers Christian Fellowship. Ernesto Oplida (PUP) was appointed, president of Kalasag Christian Fellowship. Pray that God will help these two individuals lead their flock in knowing Christ deeper.
  • Praise God for my good health all year long. Though I had experienced few illness, still He gave me strength to recover.
  • Praise God! I had my first NC. Praise the Lord for guiding the praise and worship team (Billy, Ian, Ark, Nikkie, Rachel and Me) during our rehearsals weeks before the conference and on the actual praise and worship sessions on the said event. Praise God for Ptr. JD Auxtero, we borrowed musical instruments from their church that we used in the national conference. May God bless everyone who helped us in every way.
  • Praise God for His provisions for the Manila Leaders Council. They accomplished many projects, one is When the Rabbi Says Love (LCDC2k9) directed by RG Guillermo. Please pray that this student body will continue to dream more for God’s glory.
