Dear Intercessors,

In my second year in staff work, I decided to accept the opportunity from God to share the love of Jesus to Quezon City Science High School (QCSHS), San Francisco High School (SFHS), Pamantasang Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM), Philippine Christian University (PCU), and staff in charged of Manila Junior Leaders Council (MJLC).Let me tell you more about it and how you can be involved.

Before the 1st semester ended, QCSHS and PCU were able to have three Bible Study Groups (BSG) in campus while PLM and SFHS had one BSG each. The MJLC conducted an evangelistic event and it was successful. Many high school students’ souls were saved.

By God’s grace, QCSHS and PCU will start to have large group fellowships. SFHS and PLM are praying for additional BSG for this 2nd semester. The MJLC is about to hold an discipleship event this coming December targeting 150 high school students.

We need lots of prayer for these plans. Prayer is really the key to successful ministry and this is no exception. The campuses need prayers and to focus on God no matter what happens. MJLC is raising about 15,000.00 pesos and trusting God to supply for His work for the Discipleship Event. This will cover promotion, transportation, food, and materials needed. Please pray for me, too that I will continue to look up to God and that He will be able to shine through me and show the people what Christ can do.

In closing, I would like to say thank you for reading this letter and for considering my needs for prayer and MJLD needs. Please contact me if you have any question. I am extremely excited about this ministry and hope you can share in my excitement. I would be glad to hear your prayers and stories.
Through Christ who Strengthen me!

Retreat in Pangasinan

New places, refreshing rice fields, amazing high waves, awesome white sand, delicious sea foods and unforgettable swimming moments. These were just some memorable things I experienced in MMRU Staff Retreat and Planning. The highlight of this event were not just these, but God’s direction for me to continue the staff work.

Plans for the Christmas

Christmas is in the air. Aside from remembering and celebrating the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, this is also one of my much awaited holidays. A great joy covers me every time I imagine myself spending time with my family. Eating, sleeping together, sharing stories, and exchanging gifts are basically the things I missed doing with my family. I am so excited to cook food for them, do household chores, make Christmas decors and prepare gifts for them.

Another thing that I will do is to render Christmas carols to less fortunate folks and give them gifts. Praise God for giving me the opportunity to do it for three consecutive years. What a joy I have every time I share for their media noche. I do it every 24th night of December, few hours before Christmas Eve. I started this ministry since I was in college and will continue this as long as I live. This is my way of showing God’s love to them. Of course, this is always a privilege for me to pray for these families immediately after I leave their homes. My best of friends who are singers and musicians accompany me in doing this.
I started to set aside an amount from the support I receive since October. Praise God for my friends who promised me last year to support this endeavor in every way they can.
