unchanging God but in making a resolve of what changes in ourselves we
must respond to that truth. There is nothing in us that can changeGod
and so we refl ect on what changes in us instead must take place so to
witness to the world of this unchanging God we serve.

than to culture is essential to be understood clearly by every
Christian. This is so because it impacts the quality, depth and
significance of commitment and relationship that every follower of
Christ makes – whether such commitment is directed to God, to each
other, or to a cause that one chooses

Twenty
six years ago, I was a 22 year old college graduate who answered God's
call in the field of campus work. Since that time I have always
attended activities where the state of our nation was being discussed
and analyzed. I have heard three analysis of what should be done to
see our nation become a better nation. The first is "aside from praying
and evangelism we must do something to cause change in our country!".
The second is "come on let's get our guns and topple down the
government!". The third one is a statement which is often being laughed
at - "changed heart = changed society!". Considering all these three
analyses, what has become of our nation after twenty six years?

stream of men and women who love nothing more than they love Jesus and
hate nothing more than they hate sin.
Men and women who know their God, who are alive to their times, and who
